First daffodil flower

My first daffodil flower isn't from the plot - it's this dwarf daffodil (Narcissus 'Tête-à-tête', which means a private meeting - or romantic rendez-vous - in French) in one of the balcony planters of my front yard.

I checked the allotment for wind damage this morning and fortunately all my structures are still standing/mypex still firmly pegged into the ground.

A lot of bulbs on the plot (snowdrops, tulips, allium and even a few tulips) are not far from flowering and if the sunny weather continues, the plot will start looking colourful very soon.
