Winter Plants

Today went from a full diary to a quiet one in a trice.  Mister F postponed a visit to his folks due to their contact with a covid casualty.  My bowling tie was cancelled as the opposition had an injury.   

But I was able to get to the garden centre to pick up some plants for Dad's birthday.  He doesn't have much winter interest in the garden so I opted for a couple of Hellebores, Heuchera Purple Palace and some Snake's Head Fritillaria.   

And I still had my lovely yoga class at the North Merchiston Club in the evening.
