Calm before the storm...

Been a lovely day today - a little breezy, but mostly sunny and we've had my brother and his family visit for the day which is always lovely.  Had a nice lunch at home here and then all went to a local garden centre as the new house they're moving in to in March is only allowing them a 6 x 4 shed in the garden, so they wanted to see what that actually looked like and what stuff they can fit in it!  I think they might need an extra one for bikes!

And then they've been helping us 'storm proof' the garden ahead of Storm Eunice and the  60/70/80 mph winds that they're forecasting.  My plastic greenhouse is now in the shed, all hanging baskets have been taken down.... now we just sit and wait!! Stay safe people!!  hope these crocus make it through ok!
