Meeting Eunice at YorkGate

Little did l know back in November when l volunteered for a shift at YorkGate that l would be meeting Eunice.
Worked 10.00am to 2.00pm managing the carpark.
Snowdrop week was a sellout so it was expected to be busy.
A few cancellations but to my surprise most people turned up( l had hoped today would have been cancelled).
Walked up and down the carpark all the time and saw l had done 14, 000 steps when l had finished, l would have guessed maybe 2, 000.
From a calm start the weather turned stormy as torrential rain and wind took hold.
Was pleased when it was time to leave.
Drove straight to Elaine’s , had already put a packed weekend case in the boot of my car and l’m here until Monday.
Hope others are not too affected by Storm Eunice, l am aware other parts of the country have had it much worse.
Will only have time to look at your journals tonight and sprinkle stars and hearts x
