Staying Local

Had a lazy morning at Elaine’s.
Decided not to go too far as we were expecting rain or sleet.
Quite a surprise to see it snowing so we had a walk down to Oakwood.
Bought a few provisions then went to Grön for a spot of lunch.
We had croissants stuffed with Emmantal, mushrooms and rocket then a flat white with a blueberry Bakewell slice to share.
Snow was falling thick and fast as we returned but it has now started to turn to slush. So don’t think it will hang about .
Nice to take a few photographs as we don’t see much snow.
The extra is the gated entrance as we left Elaine’s apartment.
