Iris reticulata

Storm Eunice certainly made herself known today, and luckily the only effects for us were a couple of flower pots overturned (which were quickly moved to the garage) and a compost lid blown off. What a day for the irises to poke their heads out, but they survived unscathed.

Campus was closed and I must say I was very happy not to have to drive to work today - it didn’t look very safe out there.
