Wire Sculpture

Today I went to a free wire sculpture workshop held at the Stove in Dumfries High Street . We had an excellent tutor and a variety of materials to create whatever we wanted .
I chose to make a barn owl for my partner A . It’s tricky to photograph a 3 D sculpture, especially one which has lots of space within it.
( my wire owl was inspired by one made by my sons Dad Daniel, many years ago . That beautiful sculpture currently is in the spare bedroom)
It was good to make time for some creativity.
Now I plan to have a cuppa and go and see my Mum .
