Perpignan Lunch

Lovely late lunch in Bar Vienne.  Colder and wet today, which meant we couldn't sit out as we're used to, but we waited till the early-for-us French lunchtime rush was over and relaxed into this place, which has an all-day kitchen. Delicious entrecot with pomme frites and their secret house sauce, suspiciously like a Cafe de París. 

Nice wander round in the morning after coffee in our room. We decided not to bother with breakfast as its too big for us and we'd (needlessly) prepared ourselves for an early lunch. 

We're now back in the hotel, having been out all day and 16,000 steps under my belt. My back's still a little sore, but nothing like yesterday. 

That's Café de París entrecot and steak tartare with pomme frites enjoyed. Can we squeeze in a little foie and duck before our train tomorrow afternoon?!
