Poony Prep.

Running up one of the generators in anticipation of Storms Dudley and Eunice.  Both family names.  Aunt Eunice was my guardian when I was returned to the UK, without my parents, for the joys of 1950s prep. schooling.  Her surname began with P so she was known in the family as Euny P. or Poony to differentiate her from another Eunice (Little Eunice - now in her 90s).  Later in her life I only saw Poony once or twice a decade and over 50 years later she asked me one day whether I had been happy at that time as, never having married, she had found an 8-10 year old boy a complete enigma.
