Back in her favourite spot

Peggy Sue is relieved and happy that we are home because this means that she once again has access to the living room where she can lounge on the floor cushion in front of a warm fire.  She will be happier still when we finally get the cat carrier away, which is currently lurking in the hall and causing her some consternation.
We unpacked our cases from our trip away and resumed the task of clearing and cleaning ready for getting back into our own bedroom.  The task is not made easier by the fact that we house a number of items belonging to our daughter and our two granddaughters!
This evening we relaxed by watching a selection of  historical documentaries on Channel 5.
