3 seasons in one day

Not windy but it was raining so we waited to take Fletch out. Then it started snowing!  Excitement  as we rarely have snow. The ground was so wet the flakes were melting as soon as they landed. But it continued for so long that it began to settle. 
Camera out but the large flakes were melting on the camera so I settled for opening the little window in the bedroom and grabbing a few shots. 

The plan was to wait till it stopped then go out to take some more photos but it started to rain and most of the snow began to melt.  

It was only light rain so we wrapped up and set off to take Fletch out for his walk but as it was wet I decided against taking out the camera 
Within 3 minutes of stepping out the sun came out. Soon there was nothing but blue sky above us and the sun was surprisingly warm. 
The path up to the sea wall was free of snow and slush where the sun shone on it and we had a very pleasant walk. 

Bilp is of the remnants of snow in the grass overlooking the dock. 
Extra is of our garden only an hour earlier.

Nice to have such a lovely warm walk.. forecast for the week is awful
