Salvia

Looking pretty in the morning light. I saw a couple of other small native bees today, but they had gone of course by the time I went and got my camera from inside. A good day for gardening - another sunny and warm day, with early fog. I am in pruning mode - I have a lot of trees and bushes that need pruning back at this time of year, though I only do it every two or three years. I hope the fire ban is lifted soon, so I can have a bonfire.
