Marcus’s 50th birthday party - with a fancy dress theme of ‘M’. I left it very late to set up my outfit so chose to go as ‘Marcus’. Others were better prepared and there were fantastic outfits including a mechanic, Mormons, a Miro painting, a motorway (the M50 of course!), a monseigneur, mashed potato, Brian May, Marilyn Monroe, Medusa, medics, Morris dancers and much more.

It was so lovely to be at a party and see so many old friends and acquaintances. I may have drunk a little bit more wine than I intended…
