Notes: Cold morning w/ windchills in the 20s (way too cold for me to be on a bike). Had a nice run tho, down to and along the beach a bit more. Made fresh orange juice - 4 oranges and some water (easy to see how much sugar they add to store-bought ones). Took an epsom bath, made truffle lemon eggs with salad and coffee and watched the Sun morning show. So amazing they're not covering the Canadian convoy (and soon to be a US one starting in CA headed to DC). Low-key rest of the day, deleted Facebook once and for all ... Watched Hell or High Water late afternoon and then more Homeland.
