After the meal there's always a pile of washing up

This is only part of the pile, starters and pudding plates, bowls, cutlery etc. And the glasses, and the cups
 We have a dishwasher, it was already full and working.
As I am sorting this out after midnight it can be classed as a Saturday blip.
A nice evening with lots to eat and drink so I am using the time tidying up the kitchen to let my stomach digest everything. Hopefully this will let me have an undisturbed nights sleep
