Walkies

Day off work today so got the boys off to school and then had a 3 mile walk with Hovis around Rivvy before meeting my friend, Cathy, and having a coffee and a short walk through Haigh Hall. Hovis is now in his basket having a sleep and I am off to my Body Pump class at the gym.
