My friend B kindly let her son and his pals use her garage to start growing speciality mushrooms for the local hospitality trade and it’s really gaining momentum. 
The Hairy Bikers heard of them and their tiny industry will be on one of their future TV programmes ( in May l think).
They also sell mushroom growing kits, once a month, at the fine food market in Ilkley .
I got one of their kits for Christmas and put it in my pantry…and quite honestly forgot about it until last Friday when l saw a mass of oyster mushrooms bursting out of the box!
Was away for the weekend but l’ve just had the most delicious omelette.
