Stop

Made a big pot of French lentil soup this morning, a nice warming lunch on a cold blustery day, with several more portions in the freezer for later in the week.

A trip to the tip with MrM early this afternoon. We had intended to go for a short walk on Weetwood Moor afterwards, but as it was peeing down with rain by then, decided against it. Several lots of roadworks have sprung up recently. Took a while to get through these lights on the way home.

Later on, after I'd located a suitable Allen key, we dismantled our bed and took it through to the bedroom. Didn't take too long to re-assemble it and make the bed. It will be our first night in there since the renovation started, early in December!
