Tha an t-usige ann

It was somewhat wet today as we walked in to town and apparently there is worse weather to come with amber warnings for snow and lightening. I don't think T will be playing golf tomorrow. 

We were heading into town for the postponed  u3a Winter Blues Lunch (originally scheduled for January).  It was good to see folk and chat in small groups.  

The rest of the afternoon has been spent learning Gaelic with an emphasis on going over material covered in class and working through the text book we follow.  I am now more fluent in asking where someone works and saying what they do or in my case "Leig mi mo dhreuch" which means I'm retired but the literal translation is "I let go my career"
