Have some new solar lanterns for the garden but they won’t be going outside for a couple months.
Couldn’t resist trying one out in my conservatory and l think l am going to like them.
Of course they only come on at night and l wanted the photograph now.
Necessity is the mother of invention, so l went into my step in pantry with the lantern, a sheet of white card and my phone, bit of a squeeze but l’ve managed it.
Just desaturated the results and took away the warmth.

 Out later to pick up kitty from ballet intensives, no they don’t get a break at half term just longer sessions in the day time.
We are going for pizza then back to Skipton to look after Ronnie overnight as the rest of the family are with Ruby in Manchester.

Was going to Cambridge tomorrow with Di to stay overnight with her sister.
But now her B in L  has Covid so that’s cancelled. We may still drive and park outside their house then get the train to London as there is something l want to do there on Saturday. So it will all fall into place or we might have to cancel, we shall see…
