Cartmel Priory

The weather forecast had been terrible so we had arranged Plan B as an indoor day and booked lunch at base. It turned out to be lovely and sunny, with only some rain/sleet showers, but it was bitterly cold. We stuck to Plan B and went to Cartmel Priory this morning. 

After lunch we visited Foulshaw Nature Reserve and then went for a hot chocolate at Levens Hall to warm us up. We had a good final evening of sharing photos.
