Positively spring like..

...so I popped out for a 10k run, the elusive sub 55 mins is still...well elusive! 56.02 today! I'll get there! I hope :-)

Just as I was having a stretch and a walk to cool down, I happened upon these beautiful flowers...I think they are crocuses, though I'm not a flower expert! It's been beautiful here and running in a bit if sunshine is so good!
