Notes: Very low key day. Watched some videos, talked to Al, took a bath. Gray outside all day but wanted to grab a shot of my 2 romaine stumps regrowing - the smaller one (middle) is only a few days old. These are organic romaine store bought stalks cut off (one at the root and one about 2 inches up). Felt kind of out of it much of the day. Made a nice big pan of sauteed cabbage and mushrooms with a bit of grass-fed ground beef (I eat so little meat but try to put a little in my diet here and there for the protein and so I don't lose the ability to digest it). Watched Wind River and longed for the mountains in the west.
