Park Closed

When I went to visit the ducks, I found out that my local park is closed. I learned that a local fisherman saw a strange oily sheen on the surface of the river in the park a few days ago. He immediately contacted the Fire Department, and it was soon determined that an unknown chemical is leaking into the water. The State and Federal Environmental Protection Agencies have been called in to investigate. The park is closed while they try to contain the contamination, determine what the substance is, and where it is coming from. I hope that the wildlife, including my favorite flock of ducks, is not harmed by this.
