Out for a walk.

Took my usual camera for repair. While sitting in the car I noticed this chap walking towards me carrying what he is carrying, plus a shield hanging from his back.  He was heading towards Carlisle Castle, but I noticed he didn't go in.  Bitts Park could have been where he was going
