Out on the bike in the Midlothian countryside for a couple of hours this morning - right enjoyed mesen. Fresh air an' all that.

Down to The Shore in Leith in the afternoon. Sat in the sun with a pastrami on rye and a flat white from Victor Hugo, then walked it all off with a bit of a stroll.
