The world watches

A week ago I never dreamt I would be sitting outside in the sun, for the first time this year, watching the invasion of Ukraine by Russia unfold on my iPhone.
 
A young woman in Kyiv, along with a group of others, turned to the camera and said:
“ I never thought I would be spending my weekend making Molotov cocktails.”
 
Still waiting to hear if our Ukrainian friend has made it to Poland. The last we heard she had already been waiting 10 hours at checkpoints.
