Beanz Meanz…

… Bartering!

This is today’s bean harvest. Yesterday’s was slightly smaller and tomorrow’s looks likely to be slightly bigger.

All of these are earmarked for distribution to barterees first thing in the morning.

I’ll pick fewer after this week, and let the beans mature on the plants so that I can dry them for winter storage.

It warmed up today, so the Bean-dog was happier, and so was her human. We’ve been outdoors all day, which is the norm for this time of year, but which has been less usual this summer.
