Coffee is served

A morning on the beach! The family were round y’see and as it was a nice enough day (meaning there was no wind) we took the rugs across the road. And the blow bubbles of course. 
Later took a march round the neighbourhood to shake off my afternoon sloth. The sloth disappeared.
The news from Ukraine continues, but fog of war and all that… are the Ruskis surprised by the resistance they’re meeting? Some suggestions they are. And some EU countries are stepping up arms supplies, which seems to have further ratcheted things up, with Putin ordering the chief of the military's general staff to put the nuclear deterrent forces on a "special regime of combat duty”. Gulp.
At least there was an amusing take on all this as Christopher Snowden collated over twenty Tweets posted by the more unhinged elements of our populace using the Ukrainian conflict to ride their hobbyhorses. It was Brexit! Zero Carbon strategy! Trans rights. Palestine. The world economic forum. 
Gawd, no wonder Putin thinks we’re a pushover.
