Last day of February

but is it the last day of winter?

We are told that meteorological Spring starts on 1 March but I think the Spring equinox has a better chance of reflecting what we expect in terms of spring weather.
Today is damp and fairly miserable, but it has to be said warmer, the  sunnier weather is expected to return from tomorrow.

The local garden centre is certainly set up for Spring with this display of both real and artificial spring flowers which caught my blip eye.

A good sing this morning with a new song introduced and then a bit of shopping and a coffee. Another week underway.
