Ibuprofen 800

My wrist has been killing me for like the past 4 weeks now. The morning after a yoga class I woke up with pain in my wrist. I thought I slept wrong and the pain would go away after a while, but if I over exert my wrist hurts. The doctor prescribed me ibuprofen. Hopefully the discomfort will go away soon.
