Sunrise in Campo Real

Alma’s last full day was yesterday and she headed out this morning when I left for school. It was a fun 8 days with her and I can’t wait to visit her in the UAE. It will be such a stark difference when I go there. It will just be hot and desert-y everywhere.

The students in Campo Real are having a field trip and I brought my DSLR to take some pics. Unfortunately the battery died as I was snapping photos of the sunrise. Boo! All I have of the trip was taken with my iPhone.

The excursion was from school to Pozuelo del Rey. We went into town, then crossed the fields and farms, and finally we all relaxed at a park/cafe in the town. The kids had fun squirting water at each other and being outside of school. At the end of the day I was pooped.
