Concrete heaven

I walk past this building every day (well, Monday to Friday). And I know it's not pretty, but I find it strangely aesthetically pleasing - it has a sort of asymmetrical logic to it that I find enormously appealing...

I've been a bit down in the dumps lately - for reasons with which I won't bore you - but I took a lovely walk in the woods when I got home and, whilst it won't cure all my ills, I feel it's a step (or perhaps several steps!) in the right direction. I did it for a while last summer before I went away, every evening changing into comfy clothes and heading for the woods, and I found it hugely beneficial, both mentally and physically.

And both mentally and physically, I can tell I haven't done it in a while...
