Second coat of paint on the shelf unit today. I like the new colour, but almost certainly won't bother using 'chalk paint' again as it was difficult to apply. This is carved flower at the top of the unit, which was standing in front of the kitchen window. Not an exciting Blip, but the only photo I took all day after noticing the shape of bright sunlight shining on to the shelf.

Shortly after the photo was taken the sun disappeared and rain set in. MrM called off his cycle ride, and I decided that exercise on the bike would be preferable to a walk!

Can hardly bear to listen to the news - such grim reports from Ukraine.
