A lovely surprise

We were just serving up some crumble (made using frozen fruit - we're gradually using up supplies in the freezer) when the doorbell rang, and I found a man on the doorstep bearing flowers.  My lovely daughters had picked up on the fact that I was feeling some stress, and sent a pick-you-up.

In other news - someone collected an item advertised on the local community Facebook page, and another item is being picked up tomorrow.  It's brown bin collection tomorrow, so we have done a few pruning jobs, and started looking at the shed in some trepidation - there's still a lot to go through!
