Counters

I needed something to help count the rounds for my workout this morning. Duplo bricks do the trick!

In the past I’ve used a white board, poker chips, pegs on a squat rack and a bouncer’s clicker. Duplo is more fun because you can build something afterwards.

10 rounds
4 x power clean then front squat (2 x 12.5kg dumbbells)
5 burpees

Couldn’t walk well up the stairs afterwards for a shower. Been a while since I’d done squats. Would have been nicer with a barbell too I’m sure as dumbbells are harder to control. But the barbell from the shed at 6am would have been freezing so easier just to crack on with the dumbbells under the sofa!
