Chouquette
The Kilted Frog had these chouquettes available. We made a big mistake. Only got one each. Should have gotten 12 as suggested.
Chouquettes (pronounced "shoo-kets") are small choux puffs made from Choux Pastry (Pâte à Choux) topped with Pearl Sugar
