Sunny Day

In the morning we went up to see my Mum. My partner went for a run. We stayed to help Mum with her lunch , but she only took a few mouthfuls .
Afterwards i took A for lunch and then we went to Kippford , by the coast .
It was low tide so we took the opportunity to walk out to Rough island . There were lots of wading birds on the mud flats .
The blip extras are of my partner on rough island and The Woodland Trust tree of the year , a hawthorn at Kippford .
