A Forest

Kirkconnell flow is one of my favourite places to go . The Scots pines , silver birches , peat bogs are a magical combination. People can only walk a small area in the nature reserve, the rest is being restored to peat bogs. I also stopped to photograph these Highland Cow calves . They were back out in the field with the rest of the herd when I passed them
later.
In the afternoon the plumber came and he fitted the new electric shower.
I taught a yoga class in the evening- themed on slowing down.
