Right, I might take better pictures today, I might take summat in a different place or a different subject or a different whatever but I want to get summat up here pronto because time is of the essence. Namely because I went to see a brilliant film last night that had me coming out of the cinema with a smile a mile wide and I'm not ashamed to say that I welled up with genuine pleasure on at least two occasions during the 103 minutes running time.

If you're outside Edinburgh then you might have time on your side after all, but if you're in this fair city of ours then tonight's the last chance to catch it down at Filmhouse.

And the soundtrack featured many fabulous tracks from the punk era, I'm going to go for this one
