Hanging Out

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Eldest Mini Princess,

The Prince and went to the Black Ivy for brunch.

On the way there, The Prince complained that he wasn’t sure how much food he’d be able to manage as he was still feeling full after our meal last night…before ordering a full breakfast…and then really being too full!

I couldn’t believe how busy it was. We had booked a table at 10.30 am which was lucky as the palace was full. I had no idea that so many people went out for brunch. During the week and everything. It’s a whole other world!

We went to a 50th birthday party tonight, where we didn’t know a single person other than the birthday girl. Didn’t even recognise anyone! I was driving and The Prince decided that he likes this arrangement - where he gets to drink pints of Guinness and then I drive him home. I made it quite clear that it won’t be something he’ll be getting used to!
