Today

Today I have dealt with 27 incoming emails to which the response was 20 outgoing. I have been involved in 29 telephone calls the longest of which lasted 57 minutes (there were also some non-work calls on my mobile and home phone). One of those days where I feel I've actually got a lot done too which is well good innit! Nice easy day tomorrow - working without technology which has to be good.

The photo is my neighbour's cat - cat pictures mean that folk won't read the text so I can get away with anything.
