Going, going, (almost) gone!

We went out to Dunbar today to make the most of the sunshine. Getting through Leith to the other side of town, to Seafield, to join the A1 took forever. I was very patient though, you'd have been proud of me! Almost an hour till we were on the A1 at Musselburgh. Coming back we used the bypass which for once was clear.
After lunch in Graze, we went for a wander around the harbours to the castle. There were a host of Eiders both in and outside the harbours, and they would have been my blip had I not spotted this youngster tucking into what looks like a small sole it had found on one of the boats.
It was sunny all day but chilly. Still it was light at 6am today so the days are definitely getting longer.
Six of of the eight people who asked for Iris have been and collected them the other two are coming tomorrow and Monday .
