Cleanest Winery EVER!

Today we had a day off work. My ex-military charity had its AGM in St Émilion. Meeting was short. Tour of the production facility was very interesting. (Pic is of the brand new steel first fermentation tanks, built in 2019). Wine-tasting afterwards was excellent. Meal in close-by restaurant was first class. All-in-all, a lovely day, capped off by La Rochelle winning at Rugby and West Ham suffering at Liverpool (no surprises there).
