Event on The Lawn

Theres an annual fundraiser... Event on the Lawn, bands and stuff. Katie had decided not to go because it was going to be busy and loud, but the boarding staff were told all the houses had to go. Shes been there 4 hours nearly and is a bit fed up because there's another hour to go. But she has her headphones and her house parent told us she can sit with her a little away if she wants. I'm not totally sure why her friend had a feather boa, but she did and didn't like it and now Katie owns it...! This did cheer Katie a little!

They got slaughtered in today's netball match so she was a bit grumpy about that.

But Ferdy time was a good bit of the day. And, selfishly, her being stuck at the event and annoyed means she's actually spending time texting me!
