Behind bars

This is the only original window in our house, and while I'm very grateful for the snug new ones, this is, of course, my favourite. A delivery boy spotted a seal in the harbour last night, so we're keeping a look-out. No binoculars in case the neighbours think things.

It's my third night on my own with Peter. It's been sweet, but Daddy can be assured of a thousand welcomes tomorrow.
