Cormorant

What a perfectly beautiful morning. Blue sky, warm sun. What more could you wish for in March.

Here is a cormorant, a juvenile I think, looking for breakfast in the river. It has a very green eye. The extra is what I was doing while the cormorant was fishing. Very satisfying to do but not entirely pleasant. Loads of Covid-related paraphernalia. We'll be seeing that littered around for many a year.

Coffee outside when we got back. Just waiting for the Glasgow family to visit on their way back from a weekend away. We were sent a video of our grandson's first ceilidh so I imagine we'll be hearing about that.
