Another sunny day

Another beautiful sunny day, although the temperature is low..... I do love this kind of weather.

Had a walk this afternoon at Rouken Glen, it was very busy indeed, and we sat for a while people watching.

Nowadays the supermarket sells leeks in packs of three.  I find this frustrating as I only need one or two for soup.  So this week I had one leek lurking in the fridge.  What to do?  I looked up the internet and found a recipe for Garlic Potato mash with leek.  So I made it as a side dish and it was voted very good by the HG and Cali.
