Throwdown Potters in Aberdeen!

Dave was on a rare Saturday night out with some jamming pals and bumped into some of the marvelous Pottery Throwdown potters as they gathered to celebrate in Aberdeen the night before the televised final. He was so chuffed to meet them and texted me like a school kid to let me know that he had bought them all a round.  I heard today they were up to surprise AJ on their win, how lovely is that!   We kind of thought AJ had it in the bag if they were all up in the north east but so delighted for AJ and what a talented and lovely hearted bunch this season.  A wee bit of TV zen and joy in a turbulent world. Roll on next year. ....and we hear AJ is involved in setting up an Aberdeen Ceramics Centre - how amazing will that be!
