Balls

Yarn. K has been crocheting again lately, for the first time in 20 years or more. She made a baby blanket for our former neighbors, who have their first child on the way in a couple of weeks. That blanket, like the current one, which produced all of these yarn balls, fell victim to her perfectionism on at least a couple of occasions. This one was/will be a good bit bigger, when it finally makes the cut.
